Our Integrative Therapeutic Massage incorporates several massage therapy modalities, including deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage, shiatsu and reflexology. Using a personalized combination of these modalities, the therapist will work with you to uncover and release chronic and/or acute stress-holding patterns. It will restore a sense of balance and ease in the body. You will leave the session feeling relaxed and renewed on a very deep level.

Relaxing Massage
